A ceiling stain rarely sits under where the water gets in. We start by finding the real source: an open membrane seam, a cracked chimney flashing, a roof drain clogged with leaves, or shingles lifted by wind.

Most repairs are done in one visit. We bring the membrane, flashing and sealant needed and leave the roof watertight before we go, with before-and-after photos.

If a repair would only postpone a replacement, we tell you plainly and price both options.
